The Chariton boys' soccer team's season came to a close with a valiant effort in the first round of Districts Monday night. Chariton traveled to Oskaloosa to take on Oskaloosa and played very well but came up just short losing 1-0, ending their season.
Chariton gave up an early goal about six minutes into the game, which was the game's only score. The Chargers didn't get to a ball that was loose in front of their goal.
