A 37-6 win over Mt. Pleasant at Chariton Monday night, was achieved after a fabulous start and a terrific team effort. After one period, the JV team had roared to a 23-0 lead. With the win, the JV team moved over .500 to 4-3 overall. Chasen Blue and Brett Braida each scored a two-point conversion. The offensive line of Ethan Askland, Greg Beard, Carl Williams, Steve Zinchenko, Alec Reynolds and Cameron Knutz really dominated and opened big holes all night. Kinonen rushed for 55 yards on eight carries. Blue had 37 yards on one carry. Cole Graves had eight yards on two carries. Chasen Blue caught two passes for 33 yards. Reynolds had two solo tackels, two assists and a fumble recovery. Austin Peterson had one solo tackle. Beard had three assisted tackles and a tackle for a loss. Graves had one sack.
