SCC Champs! Lady Chargers Clinch Crown

The Chariton Varsity Girls clinched the South Central Conference title with a 4-0 win over Davis County at Bloomfield June 30.  Senior pitcher Tanna Seuferer pitched a no hit shutout and was within a whisker of a perfect game.  Second baseman Presley Swan smacked a three-run homer in the win.  At the plate Swan went 1-3 with a home run that scored three runs.  Abbee Curran went 0-3 with a sacrifice.  Swan had three put-outs and one assist.
