Charger Boys Golf Team takes fourth at Albia Quadrangular meet
The Chariton boys golf team had their second meet this past Friday, April 1, at Albia against Albia, Pella and Knoxville. The Chargers struggled and placed fourth overall with a score of 211. Cameron Knust shot a 53 and Alex Wright shot a 54. Cody McCullough shot a 56. It was a very windy night and conditions were tough. Scoring is very inconsistent right now. With practice the boys will start to show improvement. Albia won the meet with a score of 164. Knoxville placed second with a score of 181 and Pella was third with a score of 184.
