Lady Charger Golfers second at Pleasantville

The Chariton girls golf team traveled to Pleasantville for a quadrangular meet with Pleasantville, Davis County and Eddyville-Blakesburg on April 12.  The Lady Chargers played well, with four golfers scoring between 52 and 57.  Chariton finished second at the meet with a 220 score.  Pleasantville won the meet with a score of 192. Leah Dow led Chariton with a 52.  Elyssa Black shot a 68.  Leah played her best round of the year and the rest of the girls had a rough hole or two but rebounded well on others.
