The Chariton varsity boys' soccer team moved to 5-0 with a 2-0 win over Knoxville at Chariton. The Chargers scored both goals in the first 15 minutes and their defense stepped up to post their second shutout of the season. Cole Pierschbacher scored on a penalty kick that was given because Chasen Blue was taken down. Asa St. Lawrence sent a great ball across the goal and Chasen Blue headed the ball into the net to give the Chargers their second goal.
