"This was our first game back from a long holiday break and it showed. Our offense wan't moving well, but we weren't in the habit of doing the little things like making sharp passes, coming back to the ball and moving our feet on defense and tonight it showed," Chariton Head Coach Mike Jones said.
Chariton was down 21-10 at halftime and really struggled to get into any offensive groove. The Chargers started to come alive and picked up their defensive effort in the fourth quarter, but by then Knoxville had built a 16 point lead.

"Like in the first game, we really showed some rust from our break. We struggled to get into any sort of offense and even worse, struggled on the defensive end, especially rebounding. Knoxville out-rebounded us 21-10 and we have to learn that we just can't keep giving teams that many second chances at the basket", Coach Jones said.
