The Chariton Varsity Softball team pulled out a 4-3 come from behind win in nine innings against Centerville at home this past Tuesday, May 31. Chariton trailed 3-1 early on but battled back to tie the game in the seventh and win it in nine.
Abbee Curran had two sacrifice flies to score runners from third. One of Curran's sac flies came in the bottom of the fifth which scored Grgurich from third to cut the lead to 3-2. Curran went 1-2 with a single, two RBI's, two sacrifice and a walk.
