Fifth Ranked Lady Chargers Beat Albia

The girls broke a three game losing streak with a thrilling and huge 7-6 conference win in 12 innings at Albia, Monday, June 27.  The Lady Chargers cranked out 13 hits.  Chariton had 11 strikeouts, but got hits when they needed them.  Abbee Curran went 2-7 with two singles and three RBI's. 

Presley Swan, pictured to the right, gets a hit during the game against Albia.  Swan went 2-6 with a double, single, two RBI's and a walk.  She also put two runners out and assisted six times.
