Charger Boys Lose to ADM at the End

Despite an outstanding season, the Charger boys end their season with a loss to ADM Adel in the Class 3A substate #7 final at Norwalk this past Wednesday night, July 20.  The Chargers struggled both with hitting and fielding and couldn't hit their stride all night.  The loss gave the Charger's a final record of 30-9.  Cameron Knust had 1 hit.  Starting pitcher Tyler Knust bunted during the bottom of the second inning.  Cameron Knust grounded out to second in the bottom of the fifth.  Tyler struck out for the third out in the fifth.  Cameron struck out at the end of the game.
