Chariton Boys Track Team at Winterset

The Chariton Boys track team competed at the Husky Invitational at Winterset on April 1.  Chariton placed in the top 10 in the 4 x 200 meter relay where the team of Andersen, Hall, Schroeder and Blake Paige placed 10th in 1:42:38.  In the 4 x 400 meter relay, the team of Paige, Hoeger, Jon Lazear and Granahan placed 14th overall in 4:09:76.  Alec Reynolds placed 38th with a throw of 30'3".  Reynolds placed 40th with a discus throw of 74'1".  Stephen McCurdy placed 37th with long jump of 14'7".  In the 4x110 meter shuttle hurdle relay the team of Hall, Christian Bengston, Greg Beard and McCurdy placed 14th in 1:13:95.  In the 400-meter hurdles, Paige placed 17th in 1:06:68.  In the 4x100 meter relay, the team of Beard, Hoeger, McCurdy and Schroeder placed 15th in 51:06.
